

We welcome and appreciate your interest in our communities. Here is a brief summary of our lease applicant criteria:
- All adults living in an apartment with legal capacity are required to sign a lease. Applicants must have acceptable credit, verification of income at least triple the monthly rent, no eviction history, no current or past delinquent history or broken lease obligation with a previous landlord, no felony convictions and not be subject to felony deferred adjudication.
- Applicants not qualifying on the basis of limited or no credit or failure of the income criteria may obtain a guarantor who meets these criteria and is willing to sign a guaranty.
This is not a comprehensive list of our current leasing criteria and in no way represents or guarantees an applicant will pass our applicant screening or that all current residents have met these requirements.
