You must be a responsible, dependable, and motivated individual with A/C certification and your own truck. Previous apartment maintenance or related experience required and the ability to work on a cohesive team is a must.

LEASING SPECIALIST - We are currently seeking Leasing Specialists for student oriented apartment communities in College Station, Texas. Responsibilities include marketing the property, leasing and administrative duties. Individuals must be self motivated, organized, and able to work independently with good oral, written, telephone and interpersonal communication skills. Individuals must possess computer skills including proficiency in various Microsoft Office products.
