You must be a responsible, dependable, and motivated individual with A/C certification and your own truck. Previous apartment maintenance or related experience required and the ability to work on a cohesive team is a must.

Responsibilities include marketing the property, leasing and administrative duties. Individuals must be self motivated, organized, and able to work independently with good oral, written, telephone and interpersonal communication skills.
